Emissions Legal 383 Buildup
It is technically illegal to havea '76 block in an' 86 automobile. It is technically illegal to have a 383 in place of a 305. It is technially illegal to have parts that don't have a specific C.A.R.B. exemption number.
The following buildup passes the applicable visual and sniffer smog tests in Northern California. Why? Because the end result is that the laws may not be logical, but putting together an engine with a properly matched combination of parts gives the end results of a clean taipipe.
